Where does the property data come from?
We use RentCast's API, which aggregates MLS data, public records, and active listings across all 50 US states. The same data quality real estate professionals rely on daily.
Does this work for rental properties?
Yes. Toggle between 'For Sale' and 'For Rent' modes. Sale mode shows comparable sales and calculates ARV. Rent mode shows comparable rentals and estimates annual income, GRM, Cap Rate, and the 1% rule.
What if my property isn't in the database?
Rare but happens for very new construction or remote rural areas. The app tells you clearly and you can try a slightly different address nearby.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. No calls, no questions. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you support international properties?
Not yet. Currently US only (all 50 states). International coming if there's demand.
